Curious about Catholicism? The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults, or OCIA, is an important Sacrament for anyone wishing to be a member of the Catholic Church. It is designed for adults who are unbaptized and want to become Catholic through the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist; baptized in another Christian faith tradition and want to join the Catholic Church through the sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist or baptized Catholic and want to complete their Sacraments of Initiation. OCIA 2026/27 meets bi-weekly on Wednesday evenings throughout the fall and new year and weekly Ash Wednesday through Lent. The Sacraments of Initiation and Rite of Reception occur at Easter Vigil. Please join us for an Information Session, Wednesday, 9/9, 6:30-7:30pm (Zoom) OR Sunday, 9/20, 12:30-1:30, (in the ARC) for an overview of the class schedule and topics addressed.
