Our Welcome the Stranger ministry has an event coming up on Thursday, April 11 at 7pm in Hospitality Hall to celebrate Eid - the close of Ramadan. Our friends from the Iraqi and American Reconciliation Project are coming to teach us to make "kleiche." This is a traditional Iraqi cookie with gently spiced dough and cardamom-infused date filling. Tea will also be served. RSVP to Julie Madden.
