3rd Sun of Advent (Joy): We hear The Quiltmaker's Gift, written by Jeff Brumbeau and illustrated by Gail de Marcken, in which a greedy king finds joy when he gives away all his material possessions. The Quiltmaker Makes Hope Real in the weave of her magical quilts, which inspire the king's generosity, compassion, and ultimately, joy. We have a new Advent song, "City of God."
