Our Nursery is closed until further notice.

Welcome to the St. Joan of Arc Sunday morning Nursery, located in the lower level of the Parish Center. We offer a safe and fun place for our littlest parishioners and their families to begin their faith journey. We open 15 minutes before each Mass – 8:45am and 10:45am. Come let your little ones burn some Sunday morning energy while you enjoy quality time at Mass. We staff two rooms; Toddler I includes an infant area and large muscle play area for children birth to 24 months (1:4 ratio). Toddler II is equipped with activities and toys for children 24 months to 4 years old (1:7 ratio). Our Nursery is a wonderful place for families to connect and parents to rejuvenate on Sunday mornings!

Our Nursery is run as a cooperative. Volunteers include: parents, grandparents, youth volunteers and child-loving parishioners. Parents are asked to volunteer 6 times per year. In addition to volunteers, the nursery staff and Lead Volunteers assist with family registration, check-in/check-out, diapering and toileting the children, as well as helping with transitions and preparing activities for the children.

Nursery Director Michelle Dehn oversees the nursery, schedules volunteers and staff, and works to build community for St. Joan of Arc families. All adult volunteers (18+) and staff must undergo a background check, sign a Code of Conduct and complete VIRTUS training, as required by the Office for the Protection of Children & Youth.

You can stop by to visit the Nursery Sunday morning, whether it’s for a one time out of town guest or you’re a new family in our community. We will take you on a tour and answer your questions or contact Nursery Director.
