Prayer Partners Mission Statement
Prayer Partners assist the people of St. Joan of Arc in the enrichment of their prayer lives through planned prayer services for the community and by responding to specific prayer needs of individuals. We provide "partnership in prayer" that enriches the spirituality of the community as well as the Prayer Partner.
What do you pray for? Healing, forgiveness, those who have died…or yet to be born?
St. Joan of Arc Prayer Partners ministry responds to the communities’ needs by providing meditative prayer services, reflection, music and ritual. Prayer services, including blessing of the animals, celebration of God’s diverse family, Lenten reflections and services of reconciliation are open to all! Prayer Partners are available for prayer support to private parishioners, as well. (i.e., new house blessings, prayer during time of grief.)
Prayer Partners meet on a regular basis to plan and schedule services. The group also holds a retreat that is focused on spiritual renewal. The upcoming Prayer Partner services can be found HERE,
Volunteer parishioners called to this special prayer ministry go through period of “internship” training by senior Prayer Partner members and the staff coordinator. For more information, contact Anna Mae Vagle, avagle [at] stjoan.com (subject: Prayer%20Partners) .
